DESCRIPTION:

The goal of this project was to design two logos for two little league baseball teams incorporating acronyms and imagery into forced connections that represent the playful side of children. In the first design, positive and negative space and simplicity were used to create a multi-functional logo for use on apparel and the organization's website. Using the brand color (red) kept the logo monochromatic. In the second logo, the acronym is designed to hold the familiar elements of the game of baseball in an active, friendly way. Rather than using the acronym as it was, a connection was created between the text and the imagery to communicate a clear “baseball” message.

 

 

GROUP PROJECT:

This client project was presented to my class as a whole. Each individual student created a project to present to the client. Group critique contributed to my process.
