DESCRIPTION:

Using only the letters that spell my name, and without distorting the original text, this self-portrait reflects my introverted/extroverted personality. The highlights of the face are represented by the white, negative areas; and black text creates the colors and shadows. Bold contrast emphasizes the photographic reference. Apple Chancery font adds delicate curves and intricately fills shaded areas that represent the introverted side of my personality. Bauhaus 93 font was used to provide bold, thick shading, resembling my extroverted side.
